At the heart of our service is the direct support we give in advice and information to anyone who comes to our offices, calls us, emails us, web chats with us or sends a request for help online.
We also run specialist projects that meet specific needs for people in specific circumstances or that address specific issues. We gather information about the profile of people who need our help and what their major issues and use this in our research and campaigning work and to help shape our projects and services.
