* The CAB reception will be accessible from 10.00am until 2.00pm every day (Monday - Friday) for information giving purposes only. You will be able to speak to one of our Information Assistants who will provide basic information about your advice needs.
** If you require an appointment to see a caseworker, you MUST come in to the Bureau via our Reception & Information Service on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays to initially have your enquiry diagnosed by a generalist volunteer adviser. At this point an assessment of your advice needs will be made and, if required, an appointment will be arranged for you to see a caseworker.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE
COVENTRY CAB PCT PROJECT
Coventry CAB PCT Project are providing appointment-only sessions at surgeries in the Tile Hill, Canley and Hillfields areas, and a limited drop-in service at University Hospital Coventry.
To book an outreach appointment please call the PCT team on 02476 252050* (answerphone when office is closed). If you require access to other CAB services you will need to attend the bureau during the opening hours on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm (see above).

PROBATION MONEY ADVICE SERVICE
If you are on Probation please ask for Mary Shine when contacting the Bureau.
CREDIT UNION MONEY ADVICE SERVICE
For Credit Union Members (or people thinking of becoming one) please ring the Credit Union Shop on 024 76225525 or call into the Credit Union Shop in the City Arcade in Coventry city centre.

- Kirby House has a ramped entrance for wheelchair users and buggies, a lift up to interview rooms and if required, there are disabled toilets on the ground floor.
- Visitors can park behind Kirby House by parking in Salt Lane car park (map), which can only be reached via Greyfriars Lane, just off New Union Street (see map). Once parked you will need to access the Bureau via the front entrance on Little Park Street.
- Visitors who are walking to Kirby House should enter the building via the main entrance on Little Park Street. This main entrance is situated on the corner of Salt Lane (one way street) and is next door to Sun Alliance House and Royal Bank of Scotland.
