Volunteers are at the core of the Citizens Advice service and we are always on the lookout for new people to fill a variety of roles.

When we recruit we invite prospective volunteers to an information session where the roles and the one team committment required is explained, and there is a chance to ask current volunteers about their experience. Application forms are then available to fill in and from these we shortlist and interview candidates.

We will be holding our next information sessions for prospective volunteers in week beginning 5th September 2011, so if you leave us your contact details we will get in touch closer to the time. The planned start date for the next group of trainees will be 27th September 2011.
