• We will only usually provide a home visit to clients who are unable to attend the Bureau's Information & Advice Service or Outreach Services due to illness or disability. Upon reciept of your Home Visit Request form we will make an initial assessment of your needs by telephone and confirm by post to let you know whether we will be able to provide a home visit or not.
