++ Please be aware that due to reduced outreach services being available around the city, the open door service on Mondays and Wednesdays has now become extremely well attended and more often than not is required to close well before the advertised closure time of 2.00pm.
If you attend the Bureau and we have closed the service before 2.00pm, you will need to attend our next open door session - preferably as near to 10.00am as you can.
** If you require an appointment to see a caseworker, you MUST come in to the Bureau via our Open Door Service on Mondays or Wednesdays, as appointments cannot be made without a diagnostic interview. At this point an initial assessment of your advice needs will be made and, if required, an appointment will be made for you to see a caseworker.

FACE TO FACE OUTREACH ADVICE SERVICES
As of 31st March 2008, Face to Face Outreach Advice Services will no longer be provided due to funding for these local services being discontinued.
Services in all outreach centres (One Stop Shop in Stoke Aldermoor, Holbrooks Community Care Association in Holbrooks, Radford Community Centre in Radford, Henley Green Community Centre in Henley Green, One Stop Shop in Bell Green, WATCH in Hillfields, Neighbourhood Management Office in Hillfields, One Stop Shop in Tile Hill and Sure Start in Canley) are now being wound down, with a view to referring all existing and future clients to the Coventry city centre Bureau for any advice needs they may have. There will now be no future appointments made for clients of these services.
If you are unhappy with the forthcoming changes, please contact your local elected member of Parliament to complain about the reduction in these local services.
