* The CAB reception will be accessible from 9.30am until 4.00pm every day (Monday - Friday) for information giving purposes only. You will be able to speak to one of our Information Assistants who will provide basic information about your advice needs.
** If you require an appointment to see a caseworker, you MUST come in to the Bureau via our Drop-In Service on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays to initially have your enquiry diagnosed by a generalist volunteer adviser. At this point an assessment of your advice needs will be made and, if required, an appointment will be arranged for you to see a caseworker.

COVENTRY CAB PCT PROJECT
Coventry CAB PCT Project are providing appointment-only sessions at surgeries in the Tile Hill, Canley and Hillfields areas, and a limited drop-in service at University Hospital Coventry.
To book an outreach appointment please call the PCT team on 02476 252050* (answerphone when office is closed). If you require access to other CAB services you will need to attend the bureau during the opening hours on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 10.00am and 2.00pm (see above).
